We have a fantastic opportunity for a proficient BMS Service Engineer to join a well-established building controls business working on multiple contracts in London on a contract basis. This contract position offers an excellent hourly rate paid weekly ( outside IR35) Company Profile Our client is a household name in the world of BMS providing full turnkey solutions to the Building Energy Management sector since the late 90’s. The Role of the BMS Service Engineer As a BMS Service Engineer you will be responsible for the pre-planned and reactive maintenance of Building Management Systems, predominantly across London. You will have in-depth knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) hardware including fault finding, wiring and networking. You will possess the knowledge and experience to be involved with small project work as well as have a sound knowledge of HVAC principles. You will have strong experience and training with Tridium control systems. You will have great customer service skills to provide assistance to both clients and future clients to achieve a high standard service. Key Skills At least 5 years’ experience in BMS 17th Edition Wiring Regulations Exceptional technical understanding of HVAC and BMS engineering principles Exceptional knowledge and training in Tridium control systems. Great customer service skills CSCS/ECS or JIB registered Personal Profile You will be hard-working and committed to achieving success for both yourself and your company.
