We are looking for a Business/Technical Analyst, Foundations & Knowledge Management to help shape the knowledge foundation and its integrations. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements, analyse data and systems, and help test and improve the solutions that feed AI customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse knowledge management and integration requirements across brands and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Analyse existing knowledge sources, data flows, systems and processes to identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Define and maintain the content model in partnership with the Foundation PM, ensuring knowledge is structured effectively for downstream systems and AI-powered customer care.
  • Map knowledge sources, data flows and integration points and identify how information should flow between systems.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of knowledge workflows and integrations, including making adjustments where appropriate.
  • Design and execute tests, analyse results and troubleshoot issues to validate that changes improve the quality and performance of the solution.
  • Work iteratively with business and technical teams to identify what works, what doesn't and how the solution can be improved.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst or similar hybrid role on technology or data projects.
  • Strong experience analysing data, systems and business processes to identify issues, opportunities and the root causes behind them.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and define how changes should be implemented and tested.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting requirements, including user stories, process maps, workflows and acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with testing, validating and troubleshooting technology solutions, with the ability to design and execute tests and interpret the results.
  • Comfortable working with low-code/workflow platforms and making or supporting configuration changes.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Located near one of our European offices, as this is a hybrid role.

  • Basic scripting skills and the ability to work with datasets.
  • Understanding of knowledge management.
  • Experience with KM or CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to APIs and system integration.
  • Awareness of AI / RAG knowledge retrieval.
