team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. Six months ago we built a small, top‑tier team with full autonomy, using AI as a lever across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results. After six months in the market with the first squad, we are scaling from 1 to 3 squads to deliver a complete Hub experience.
As the visual lead for the Hub experience, you will create icons, graphics, illustrations, and visual assets that bring the product to life across multiple surfaces. You will collaborate closely with a Product Designer focused on UX flows and interaction design, enabling high‑quality visual execution in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional internal startup environment.
Responsibilities:- Create high‑quality icons, logos, illustrations, and visual graphics for product surfaces, dashboards, notifications, and marketing touchpoints.
- Own the visual identity of the Hub, ensuring consistency, polish, and brand coherence across all touchpoints.
- Design visual assets for in‑product widgets, onboarding flows, empty states, and acquisition surfaces.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Designer to ensure visual execution aligns with UX flows and interaction patterns.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system from a visual craft perspective, including tokens, iconography, typography, and illustration guidelines.
- Work with front‑end developers to ensure accurate and high‑quality implementation of visual assets.
- Use AI‑assisted design workflows to accelerate ideation, asset generation, and iteration.
- Help shape a product experience that feels visually coherent and distinctive across multiple brand touchpoints.
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or a hybrid visual/product design role.
- Demonstrable strength in visual craft, iconography, illustration, logo design, and graphic asset creation.
- Experience working in a SaaS, platform, or digital product environment.
- Strong typographic sensibility and understanding of visual hierarchy, colour, and composition.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional team with minimal direction.
- Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and similar tools).
- Familiarity with design systems and how visual assets integrate into component‑based product delivery.
- Daily user of AI‑augmented design workflows; comfort with advanced AI tools is strongly preferred.
- Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented with a strong sense of visual quality.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken.
