Group team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful PaaS and SaaS brands across 22 European countries, serving 3.5 million SMB customers online. Company team.blue hub is an internal startup within the team.blue group, delivering a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. Six months ago we started building this small, top‑tier team, building autonomy and AI‑leveraged workflows to ship fast and achieve measurable results. We are growing from 1 to 3 squads.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product end‑to‑end for one Hub squad, defining scope, prioritising work, and driving product decisions from problem framing through delivery and iteration.

Responsibilities:
  • Own product decisions for the squad’s scope with authority to move work forward.
  • Prioritise and sequence the squad backlog week by week, balancing impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Write clear user stories, success metrics, product briefs, and specifications.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and other product peers to shape solutions and drive execution.
  • Coordinate cross‑squad dependencies and ensure clear documentation of decisions.
  • Represent the squad in operating rituals – weekly demos, monthly readouts, quarterly planning/strategy reviews.
  • Contribute to visibility on squad capabilities, product gaps, and execution risks.
  • Track product outcomes and refine direction continually based on evidence, usage, and feedback.
Profile:
  • 5+ years of experience shipping product end‑to‑end, ideally in SaaS, platform, marketplace, or multi‑product environments.
  • Strong product judgement capable of handling big‑picture scope and execution detail simultaneously.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently without constant escalation.
  • Proven experience owning and improving measurable product KPIs.
  • Excellent written communication – translate ambiguity into clear priorities, specs, and decisions.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Daily user of AI‑augmented product workflows; advanced AI tooling comfort strongly preferred.
  • Reliable, autonomous, detail‑oriented, highly organised.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Pluses:
  • Experience in zero‑to‑one or early‑stage product environments.
  • Experience operating inside a small, fast‑moving, cross‑functional squad.
  • Background in product‑led growth, onboarding, activation, or multi‑product adoption journeys.
  • Experience in platform, ecosystem, or cross‑product environments.
  • Comfortable in an AI‑first environment where experimentation and speed matter.
