What You Will Do
- Act as a point of contact for our existing partner network
- Help expand our partner network
- Monitor and anticipate revenue-related trends from the portfolio
- Responsible for setting a retention strategy
- Call and speak with (key) partners to boost satisfaction
- Spot upsell opportunities and advise existing partners on them
- Act as the lynchpin between support, sales, and marketing
Your Profile
- You have a passion for e-commerce
- You can work in a structured way and plan well
- You can build relationships based on trust
- You are sociable, commercial, and always think in terms of opportunities
- The word “No” is not in your vocabulary
- You can speak and write fluent English
- Knowledge of hosting techniques is a big plus, but not a requirement
