Hypernode is working hard to become Europe's leading Managed Magento hosting company. Therefore, to expand our existing (commercial) team we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Partner Manager who is able to conduct substantive conversations and build a real relationship of trust. The Company: Hypernode is a specialized managed hosting provider with full focus on e-commerce. On our hosting platform, we host webshops built in Magento, Shopware, WooCommerce, and Akeneo, and this number is constantly expanding. We work with agencies of all sizes to deliver hosting solutions for the shops they manage. Within the Benelux, we are the market leader, and our growth ambitions lie far beyond. We are part of Team.Blue, a large group of hosting-related companies that help entrepreneurs with their online presence and success. The combined company forms a new powerhouse in the tech sector and now serves millions of customers in 16 countries, supported by over 3,000 employees across Europe.

What You Will Do: Hypernode has thousands of customers who all host at Hypernode. Our customers are located all over Europe and mostly work with (development) agencies. Our goal is to invest even more time and energy in our partner network. And although we are already well on our way, there is always room to take the next steps here for even better results.

  • Act as a point of contact for our existing partner network
  • Help expand our partner network
  • Monitor and anticipate revenue-related trends from the portfolio
  • Responsible for setting a retention strategy
  • Call and speak with (key) partners to boost satisfaction
  • Spot upsell opportunities and advise existing partners on them
  • Act as the lynchpin between support, sales, and marketing

Your profile:

  • You have a passion for e-commerce
  • You can work in a structured way and plan well
  • You can build relationships based on trust
  • You are sociable, commercial, and always think in terms of opportunities
  • The word “No” is not in your vocabulary
  • You can speak and write fluent English
  • Knowledge of hosting techniques is a big plus, but not a requirement
