Company team.blue is one of the largest digital enablement providers in Europe, supporting over 3.5 million customers across 22+ markets through a portfolio of 60+ brands spanning web hosting, domains, SaaS, and digital infrastructure. Our Marketing Centre of Excellence (CoE) is the group engine that scales what works across every brand - combining deep functional expertise, shared tooling, and agile ways of working to drive growth, speed, and quality at scale.
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Team Lead to lead MarTech, Regional Operations, and CX Integrations teams in the Marketing CoE. This is the key role that keeps the whole of marketing running: the technology, automation, tracking, and delivery infrastructure that every brand and every specialist depends on.
You'll drive MarTech and Marketing website capabilities across our multi-brand, multi-market estate, set the operational standards that make execution repeatable, and lead a team of managers and specialists working across 60+ brands. It's a hands-on leadership role; you'll shape the operating model and the tooling strategy, while staying close enough to the work to unblock your team and raise the bar on delivery. If you think in systems, get energy from turning messy, non-uniform environments into scalable ones, and want to lead a modern operations function in an AI-shaped marketing landscape, this is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the MarTech & Automation stack across brands and markets: HubSpot, automation platforms, tagging, tracking, and data flows, setting standards for configuration, integration health, and tool adoption.
- Lead CX Integration, the campaign-driven landing-page, web-asset, and tracking/QA capability that bridges Marketing, UX, Product, and Tech. Ensure build quality and deployment consistency across multiple tech stacks, working alongside (not displacing) local web and dev teams.
- Support agile delivery sustain the sprint-based delivery model, planning cadences, and operations governance, with day-to-day facilitation run by the Agile Coordinator.
- Drive to tool and AI enablement helping our teams adopt new tools, automation, and AI-assisted ways of working by surfacing operational best practice and supporting the playbooks and training behind them.
- Lead and develop the pillar manage the CX Integration and MarTech/Automation managers and specialists, balancing shared capacity and prioritisation against competing brand demands.
- Own the operating model cross-function prioritisation, standards governance, and the interface into quarterly planning and wider CoE leadership.
Primary KPIs
- Tool and process adoption - uptake of standardised tooling, automation, and ways of working across brands and markets.
- Speed-to-market - cycle time and throughput for campaign builds, landing pages, and operational requests.
- Build and data quality - tracking accuracy, integration health, and QA/deployment reliability across tech stacks.
- Operational consistency - reduction in duplication and variance through shared standards and playbooks.
- Team capability growth - development and competency progression across the pillar's specialists.
- Brand satisfaction - how effectively the pillar enables and unblocks brand and market teams.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience leading marketing operations, MarTech, or RevOps in a multi-brand, multi-market, or otherwise complex environment.
- Strong hands-on command of the modern marketing stack - HubSpot (or comparable), GA4, Google Tag Manager, automation platforms, and adjacent CDP/BI tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable standards, processes, and documentation while operating pragmatically across non-uniform tech stacks.
- Fluency in agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint-based operating models.
- Systems thinking, with the ability to translate confidently between marketing, product, and engineering.
- People leadership experience across distributed teams, including managing shared capacity and competing priorities.
- A practical enablement instinct - able to translate operational and AI-tooling best practice into real adoption across teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and professional working fluency in English.
Desirable
- Experience in web hosting, domains, SaaS, or another digital/subscription business.
- Familiarity with landing-page builders, CMS platforms, and campaign QA at scale.
- Exposure to AI-assisted marketing tooling and automation, and a point of view on where operations is heading.
- Experience operating within a Centre of Excellence or shared-service model that enables rather than controls.
- Additional European languages.
