Team Bath Athletics Club in Bath is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, memberships and administration. You will work closely with coaches to develop the club’s coaching capability and Athletics 365 programme while leading staff, volunteers and contractors.
The role is part-time (21 hours a week, hybrid with some on-site duties at the Bath Sports Training Village). A proactive, organised leader with financial awareness will help the club grow and thrive
