Responsibilities:
- Manage a roster of 5 social media creators, helping them to secure brand deals
- Negotiate and close brand partnerships on behalf of the talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and brands
- Offer strategic support to help creators grow
- Attend in person and online meetings with both creators and brands
- Provide regular updates on creator progress, brand and agency outreach, and potential leads
