Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a roster of 5 social media creators, helping them secure brand deals
• Negotiate and close brand partnerships on behalf of talent
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and brands
• Provide strategic guidance to help creators grow
• Attend in-person and online meetings with creators and brands
• Provide regular updates on creator progress, brand outreach, and potential opportunities

What We\’re Looking For:

• Hardworking, self-motivated, and ambitious
• Someone ready to transition into a senior role within 1–2 years
• Previous experience working as an influencer talent manager
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for talent management and influencer marketing
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with creators
• Highly disciplined, organised, and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
