We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations leader to drive the RevOps function for the EMEA region. This role will be the operational backbone for the regional go-to-market (GTM) team, ensuring alignment, efficiency, enablement, and scalability across the full revenue lifecycle – from marketing to pipeline generation, through sales execution, deal desk support, and customer growth/renewals. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with hands-on execution capabilities, comfortable partnering with sales, marketing, partner, customer success, finance, and legal teams. This role combines AI forward thinking across enablement, analytics, systems, process design, and deal support, ensuring EMEA is set up for predictable, scalable growth. This role is based in the United Kingdom and requires regular attendance at our London office.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Revenue Lifecycle & GTM Operations: Partner with EMEA Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to drive pipeline health, coverage, and predictable forecasting to achieve booking and retention targets. Own regional cadences (forecast calls, renewals planning, pipeline reviews, top deal reviews). Support customer lifecycle processes (new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, churn prevention) with a detailed focus on value realization. Build, maintain, and innovate on reporting for pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue KPIs aligned with global standards. Act as the connective tissue between global RevOps and EMEA regional execution to drive adoption and productivity.
- Systems & Process: Drive adoption and feedback to improve GTM tooling and AI adoption at the regional level. Ensure data quality and governance across accounts, opportunities, and contacts. Partner with Marketing and SDR to align lead management, attribution, outbound velocity, GTM Plays, and campaign ROI. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction and improve GTM efficiency across all teams.
- Analytics & Insights: Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analysis for Sales, CS, and Marketing leaders. Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), customer reviews, and executive reporting across GTM teams. Translate data into clear recommendations that improve execution and drive growth in EMEA.
- Deal Desk & RFX Operations: Serve as a supporting point of contact for deal structuring, approvals, and pricing exceptions in EMEA. This leader will partner with the Global RevEx team to drive consistency. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Sales on contract negotiation frameworks, ensuring compliance with global policies in EMEA. Help support the RFP/RFI/RFQ process for EMEA: coordinate responses, enforce best practices, and ensure consistent, high-quality submissions. Educate sales teams on commercial policies, discounting guidelines, and deal strategy.
