Tealium is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the Enterprise Product Team. As part of the Tealium Product organization, you will help build and evolve products that power customer data infrastructure, activation, and insights for some of the world’s largest brands. We are looking for a strategic, highly autonomous product leader who can operate independently, leverage AI and modern tools effectively, and drive measurable business impact.
This role requires strong ownership, resourcefulness, data-driven decision making, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex problems and accelerate product outcomes in a fast-moving environment. YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Own the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end execution for complex enterprise products, operating with a high level of independence and autonomy.
- Champion data-driven decision-making by validating and defining customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and deep market analysis.
- Leverage data to inform your strategic and tactical product decisions.
- Leverage AI and modern product management tools to accelerate discovery, optimize workflows, and build smarter product experiences.
- Foster deep cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, and product marketing) to understand the industry, competitor trends, and market dynamics.
- Build a healthy dose of customer empathy and get into the minds and hearts of our customers.
- Bring a resourceful, creative problem-solving mindset to complex technical and business challenges, adapting quickly to new information and continuous learning.
- Work closely with research and design to validate hypotheses and create loveable product experiences that solve our customers’ biggest problems.
- Partner with engineering leaders and work directly with teams to build world-class, innovative technology and continuously ship value in an agile CI/CD environment.
- Provide ruthless prioritization, backlog management, and focus for engineering teams to deliver customer value.
- Work with internal partners to drive product adoption by contributing to go-to-market strategies, enablement activities, webinars, product demos, documentation, and more.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
- 7+ years as a Product Manager building SaaS products, with proven success driving customer adoption and retention.
- Experience in delivering martech products or solutions across any of the following industries: marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.
- Experience building complex features with large amounts of upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Experience developing product specs, writing user stories, and identifying and prioritizing competing initiatives to deliver results.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment through continuous learning and a willingness to evolve product strategies as market needs change.
- Track record of building relationships that inspire a winning spirit with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Strong communication skills with experience articulating the strategic and financial value of new investment opportunities to senior leadership.
- You are a highly accountable product manager and show genuine care about the people, processes, and technology involved in making a successful product come to life.
- Fluency in English is required, Fluency in Russian is a plus.
WAGE TRANSPARENCY
This position offers a base salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 GBP annually. The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
