We are currently looking for an Apprentice Scaffolder to join TEAL Scaffold, part of The Sovini Group. Are you a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and grow? What You’ll Do:
- Assist qualified scaffolders with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures including Pasma.
- Load, unload and transport scaffolding materials and equipment around site.
- Always follow instructions from supervisors and experienced scaffolders.
- Ensure scaffolding components are used correctly and stored safely.
- Carry out basic checks on equipment before use.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area in the yard and on site.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and site rules.
- Wear and look after personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Attend apprenticeship training, college days or assessments as required.
- Develop skills and knowledge in line with apprenticeship standards.
- On-the-job training with experienced scaffolders.
- Regular assessments to build skills and progress through apprenticeship levels.
