Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
Manage monthly payroll, liaising with HR and our external payroll bureau
Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory filings
Process payments, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and factoring transactions
Perform monthly intercompany transaction reconciliations
Take ownership of the month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and maintain balance sheet and other reconciliations
Record incoming orders in internal systems/databases
Issue accurate and timely customer invoices
Provide regular financial reports and analysis for senior management
Lead credit control processes and manage outstanding receivables
Oversee employee expense submissions and reimbursement process
Produce ad hoc reports and assist with various administrative duties as required

About You
You are a highly organised and proactive individual, capable of coordinating and delivering accurate financial information across multiple business units. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and add value.
Skills & Experience Required

Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience within a Media, Advertising, or Technology environment
Hands-on experience with Xero and Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
Familiarity with Concur is a plus
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Fluent in English a must; Dutch language skills are highly desirable
