We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing team at Teads London. This role is ideal for a strategic and client-focused professional with a proven track record of managing SME accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key liaison between our company and our most valued independent agency and brand partners, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, overseeing campaign strategy and performance, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. While a strong understanding of ad operations and digital campaign execution is beneficial, this role is primarily focused on strategic account growth, client satisfaction, and commercial success.
What will you do?
- Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and brand clients, ensuring their success and long-term retention through proactive relationship management.
- Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals by identifying opportunities to expand clients’ investment in our solutions, aligning our offerings with their business goals.
- Campaign Oversight & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance tracking, providing clients with strategic recommendations based on data insights.
- Client Consultation & Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices, industry trends, and campaign optimizations to maximize their return on investment.
- Pre-Sale Strategy & Media Planning: Partner with Sales to develop customized pre-sale strategies, ensuring campaigns are set up for success from the start.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including Product, Ad Operations, and Sales Leadership—to advocate for client needs and drive innovation in our offerings.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall growth of the account management team.

- Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and continued customer trust.

What will you bring to the team?
- 3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising, preferably within the adtech, programmatic, or media industry.
- Proven ability to own and grow SME-level client relationships, drive revenue, and create long-term strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data to drive campaign optimizations and business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Familiarity with ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., third party ad tags, verification tags, etc.)
- Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking) is a plus but not required.
- A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
