- Vendor & Industry Familiarity: Direct experience working with major measurement/ad-effectiveness platforms (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Comscore) and consumer intelligence platforms (e.g., GWI).
- Advanced Methodological Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and a strong understanding of Attention Measurement techniques.
- Future-Proof Industry Vision: A clear understanding of the cookieless landscape and the challenges/solutions arising from the erosion of third-party cookies.
- Strategic Storytelling & Analytics: An exceptional ability to synthesize raw data, construct meaningful hypotheses, and turn complex numbers into a compelling narrative for senior executives.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (advanced formulas and basic analytic functions are a must); familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally across global time zones.
