About the opportunity

Teads is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join the Client Direct commercial team in London. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing strategic relationships with advertisers across the UK. The successful candidate will navigate the transition of the "New Teads" ecosystem, leveraging both branding and performance capabilities to meet client KPIs.

What will you do?

  • Revenue Generation: Identify and prospect a targeted list of client-direct advertiser accounts within the UK to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist the sales team in developing bespoke proposals, sales materials, and data-driven client presentations.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize internal analytical tools to identify publisher network trends and translate them into actionable commercial opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management and Creative Lab teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, renewal, and incremental growth.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Teads at industry events, conferences, and meet-ups to enhance market presence and business development.

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in digital media sales or campaign management, with specific experience in branding and performance marketing.

  • Performance Expertise: Familiarity with landing page optimization (LPO) and performance-driven marketing strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with ad-tech platforms and media-buying tools is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
