About the opportunity
Join our dynamic UK Business Marketing Team at Teads, where your creativity and organisational skills will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial marketing needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, event coordination, and essential administrative tasks within a global digital advertising company. This role will work closely alongside a full-time Marketing and Event Manager and report into the Senior Marketing Director of Strategic Growth and Agency Partnerships which includes our UK market.
What will you do?
- Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of various marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, project tracking, event invitation lists, financial administration, and sales enablement content including one pagers, and newsletters.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning of company events by helping source venues, liaising with vendors, tracking deadlines, ordering branded merchandise, and providing general project management support.
- Content Creation: Draft and design engaging marketing and sales materials, such as case studies, one-pagers, and other promotional documents.
- Tools & Technology: Utilise platforms like G-Suite, Slack, Monday.com, HubSpot, and Salesforce to streamline communication and track project progress (experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
