About The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Pricing Analyst to support revenue performance through accurate data management, pricing analysis and commercial reporting. This is an early career role designed for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for working with financial and operational data. The role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, pricing accuracy and revenue visibility across the organisation. You will work closely with Commercial, Revenue Operations and Finance teams to support pricing governance, reporting accuracy and analytical insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Support: Assist in maintaining pricing frameworks and approval documentation. Support pricing analysis across products, regions and customer segments. Track pricing trends, discounting behaviour and deal performance. Prepare analysis to support pricing decisions and commercial negotiations.
  • Revenue Reporting Support: Produce standardised revenue reports with high accuracy and timeliness. Support monthly reporting processes by validating data inputs. Maintain dashboards and tracking files for revenue performance.
  • Commercial Analysis: Support analysis of revenue drivers including volume, pricing and mix effects. Assist with margin and yield tracking at product or campaign level. Provide ad hoc data analysis to support Sales and Commercial teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Support documentation of pricing and revenue data processes.
  • Drive the Data Flow: Maintain and validate revenue and pricing data across internal systems. Ensure accuracy of rate cards, pricing tables and deal inputs. Perform regular reconciliations between operational systems and finance reporting.

Winning Factors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Revenue, or Data Ops.
  • Skilled in Excel with the ability to build pricing models and rate cards.
  • Naturally curious about how pricing shifts impact revenue and margins.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when managing large datasets.
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to automate routine tasks.
  • Quick to learn and navigate financial systems and BI tools.
