This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Account Management team as we evolve our operating model to support unprecedented regional growth. As part of this expansion, we are hiring two Junior Account Managers to join us as a collaborative cohort. Reporting directly to the Head of Account Management UK, you will play a critical role as the operational execution engine of our team. In this net-new position, you will work alongside our Senior Account Managers to support a portfolio of major strategic enterprise and agency accounts (such as Warner Bros. Discovery and DAZN). By owning day-to-day operational execution, campaign coordination, and administrative support, you will ensure flawless campaign delivery while directly enabling the senior team to accelerate strategic growth and client retention. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional partners across Demand Operations, Sales, Product, and Client Services, gaining unparalleled exposure to the fast-paced programmatic and omnichannel advertising landscape.

As a Junior Account Manager, your core mission is to act as the execution anchor for our UK campaigns. You will take full accountability for campaign delivery, daily operational tasks, and administrative accuracy to ensure we consistently meet and exceed client KPIs. Success in this role means achieving:

  • Flawless end-to-end campaign execution and SLA compliance.
  • Exceptional team support, driving increased efficiency across the UK Account Management department.
  • Mastery of Teads' proprietary technology, including TAM, Amplify, and Native advertising formats.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution & Flawless Delivery
    • Lead Campaign Setups: Coordinate and launch digital ad campaigns across multiple channels (TAM, Amplify, and Native) with extreme accuracy.
    • Troubleshoot & Optimize: Actively monitor live campaign delivery, proactively identifying and resolving delivery bottlenecks, pacing issues, or creative discrepancies.
    • Data & Systems Integrity: Maintain absolute precision across internal databases and platforms to keep pipeline operations seamless.
  • Operational Support & Campaign Coordination
    • Pipeline Management: Review key operational inputs (RFPs, trade reporting margins, and brand safety guidelines) to optimize daily delivery.
    • Reporting Excellence: Compile performance metrics and build clean, actionable trading and post-campaign reports that showcase the tangible value Teads delivers.
    • Project Support: Facilitate smooth handoffs between internal departments, ensuring all campaign collateral and assets are delivered on time.
    • Develop Collateral: Architect and format high-quality PowerPoint decks and Excel summaries for strategic quarterly business reviews and client pitches.
    • Serve as Client Support: Provide fast, accurate administrative support to client inquiries, fostering strong operational trust.

    • Core Experience: Proven experience completing a digital media, AdTech, or media agency internship.
    • Technical Proficiency: Exceptional hands‑on skills with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for creating polished, data-driven client decks.
    • Mindset & Ownership: High attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and the organizational agility to manage multiple fast-moving projects under tight deadlines.
    • Legalities: Must have the full right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
