We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and inspirational Group Agency Director to lead our strategic partnership with Publicis in the UK. This is one of the most important commercial leadership roles within Teads, responsible for accelerating growth across a multi million pound portfolio whilst strengthening one of our most strategic agency partnerships. You will own executive relationships across Publicis, influence agency strategy, negotiate long term commercial partnerships and position Teads as Publicis' trusted omnichannel partner.

The successful candidate will combine exceptional commercial acumen with strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management and people leadership. They will thrive in complex environments, confidently influence senior decision makers, foster collaboration across matrix teams and create a culture where both customers and colleagues can succeed.

What will you do?

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Take ownership of a significant multi million pound Publicis portfolio, developing and executing strategic growth plans that increase revenue, market share and long term commercial value across the agency group.
  • Build Executive Partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Publicis, acting as a strategic adviser to Agency CEOs, Chief Investment Officers, Heads of Digital and investment leadership.
  • Lead Strategic Commercial Agreements: Own the negotiation and delivery of Joint Business Plans, trading agreements and commercial partnerships that create sustainable growth for both organisations whilst ensuring Teads remains a preferred strategic partner.
  • Inspire High Performing Teams: Lead through influence by creating a positive, collaborative and high performance culture across both direct and matrix teams.
  • Coach and Develop Talent: Support, mentor and develop colleagues across Sales, Account Management and Client Solutions by sharing best practice, strengthening commercial capability and creating opportunities for future leadership growth.
  • Navigate Complexity and Resolve Conflict: Demonstrate strong judgement and emotional intelligence when managing complex commercial situations.
  • Deliver Customer Success: Partner closely with Client Solutions, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Operations and Analytics to deliver exceptional execution, maximise customer outcomes and unlock long term revenue growth.
  • Represent Teads Externally: Act as a senior ambassador for Teads across agency leadership forums, executive engagements and industry events, strengthening our reputation and strategic position within the UK advertising market.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Significant experience within digital media, advertising technology, programmatic or media sales, ideally with more than ten years' experience leading major agency holding company relationships.
  • Proven success managing and growing multi million pound agency portfolios, ideally across Publicis or another major holding company.
  • Outstanding commercial acumen with a demonstrated history of delivering sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning and executive engagement.
  • Extensive experience negotiating Joint Business Plans, trading agreements and complex commercial partnerships.
  • Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate and present to C Suite executives including Agency CEOs, Chief Investment Officers, Heads of Digital and senior investment leaders.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted executive relationships that drive long term strategic partnerships and commercial growth.
  • Demonstrated experience leading through influence across matrix organisations, aligning multiple cross functional teams behind common commercial objectives.
  • Proven people leadership experience with a track record of building positive, inclusive and high performing team environments where individuals are empowered to succeed and deliver outstanding business results.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with experience developing talent, raising commercial capability and creating opportunities for career progression.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations, navigate organisational complexity and resolve conflict with professionalism, empathy and sound commercial judgement.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Programmatic, CTV, Video, Commerce Media, Performance Marketing, Retail Media and Measurement.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to transform market trends, customer insights and commercial data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with confidence representing Teads at senior industry forums and executive meetings.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced, evolving and ambiguous environment with the resilience to lead through change.
