We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and innovative Media/Technology business as part of our dynamic Finance team. As the company continues to scale rapidly, this role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organisation with strong growth prospects and a collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Manage monthly payroll, liaising with HR and our external payroll bureau
- Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory filings
- Process payments, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and factoring transactions
- Perform monthly intercompany transaction reconciliations
- Take ownership of the month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet and other reconciliations
- Record incoming orders in internal systems/databases
- Issue accurate and timely customer invoices
- Provide regular financial reports and analysis for senior management
- Lead credit control processes and manage outstanding receivables
- Oversee employee expense submissions and reimbursement process
- Produce ad hoc reports and assist with various administrative duties as required

You are a highly organised and proactive individual, capable of coordinating and delivering accurate financial information across multiple business units. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and add value.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within a Media, Advertising, or Technology environment
- Hands-on experience with Xero and Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
- Familiarity with Concur is a plus
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English a must; Dutch language skills are highly desirable
