We are seeking an Account Manager to play a key role on our EMEA Performance Account Management Team. The Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for existing and new affiliates on EMEA countries that are seeking to utilise our global network to grow their business, with emphasis on performance buyers in various verticals.
As an Account Manager you will serve both as an expert in our platforms, and as a specialist on conversion-oriented content marketing. You will use these skills to assist key clients build their native advertising strategy, and co-op with them to succeed and grow.
We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, bright, curious, proactive, a go-getter, works well independently and as part of a team, and who will be passionate about what she or he does.
What will you do?
As an Account Manager Performance Group, your mission will be to:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for performance managed clients along the process of managing an ROI-positive activity: review and consult regarding content & funnels, campaigns setup, management and optimization
- Be an originator of ideas and initiatives that can improve performance and help clients scale
- Meet and consult regularly with clients to get a clear picture of performance, plans and priorities
- Identify strategic opportunities and upsell against them
- Carry out kickoff calls and manage onboarding process for new clients
- Educate clients about best practices, provide insights from data
- Interfaces with other department internally: Content, Product, Account services and others
What will you bring to the team?
- 3-5 years experience in planning or managing digital media with emphasis on performance activity. Experience in native platforms is a plus
- Analytical and data driven with ability to monitor and identify trends in performance
- Ability to execute efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced technological environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Other languages are a plus. Especially German, Italian or French
