Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and lead a lesson, following the national curriculum
- Prepare, set and mark work and homework
- Adapt tasks and activities to meet students' abilities
- Provide guidance to students requiring additional support, including SEN children
- Offer ongoing support for behaviour management and promote positive learning
- Observe and record pupil development and behaviour
- Attend staff meetings, parents' evening, assemblies and school events when required
