Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead a lesson, following the national curriculum
  • Prepare, set and mark work and homework
  • Adapt tasks and activities to meet students' abilities
  • Provide guidance to students requiring additional support, including SEN children
  • Offer ongoing support for behaviour management and promote positive learning
  • Observe and record pupil development and behaviour
  • Attend staff meetings, parents' evening, assemblies and school events when required
