Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students in KS1 and KS2, following the school's curriculum guidelines and standards.
- Differentiating instruction to accommodate the varied learning styles and abilities of students, providing appropriate support and challenge to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
- Implement effective formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to participate actively in lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice, share best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular communication and opportunities for parent involvement in their child's education.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing Initial Teacher Training (ITT) leading to QTS.
