Teachmatch is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant (Reception) at a school in Broadway, starting September 2026. This full-time role supports children with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD and SEMH, in a welcoming team.
You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist the class teacher with daily classroom management, help create an inclusive learning environment, and calmly manage challenging behaviour while supporting emotional and social development.
