The Role

We're recruiting a number of dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.

You'll work closely with the class teacher to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and thrive both socially and academically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils with SEN and behavioural needs
  • Deliver targeted interventions and classroom support
  • Adapt learning materials and activities
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement
  • Support pupil's emotional well being and independence

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with SEND
  • Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for inclusive education
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
