TeachMatch in Cirencester is recruiting several dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school from October 2026. This full-time role involves working with children who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
You will support students 1:1 or in small groups, assist the class teacher with daily classroom management, help create an inclusive learning environment, manage challenging behaviour calmly, and support students' emotional and social development.
