We're currently recruiting for several dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistants to join a supportive school in Hereford. These are full-time roles working with children who have a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups with additional needs
  • Assisting the class teacher with daily classroom management
  • Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Managing challenging behaviour calmly and professionally
  • Supporting students' emotional and social development

Requirements

  • Experience working in an SEN or mainstream school environment
  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
