Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) to work with one of our partner schools near Dursley. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing environment, and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress.
- Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet students\’ needs.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability.
- Track and report on students\’ emotional, social, and academic progress.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
- Follow safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
