TeachMatch is recruiting experienced Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join schools across West Yorkshire. This role is ideal for TAs who are passionate about supporting pupils' learning, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams to provide tailored support, helping pupils to engage in lessons, build confidence, and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils in class and small groups, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
  • Assist with behaviour management and help pupils develop social and emotional skills
  • Monitor and report on pupils' academic, social and emotional progress
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and school staff to ensure consistent support

Person Specification:

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
