What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that meet the needs of diverse KS2 learners
- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment
- Working closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and senior leaders
- Using a range of creative strategies to support early literacy and numeracy
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and adapting teaching accordingly
