We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running, make a real impact, and own their desk from day one. What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing, screening & placing top‑tier teaching and support staff
- Building long‑term partnerships with schools and educators
- Driving new business through outbound outreach & lead generation
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement aftercare
- Matching candidates to roles using job boards, CRM, and intuition
- Keeping your pipeline and admin tight — accurate records, GDPR‑compliant
- Hitting your KPIs and smashing targets (then getting paid for it)
- Staying sharp on market trends and compliance requirements
