Overview

The Minster School is seeking to appoint a Year Leader (Pastoral Support Assistant, non teaching), to join our highly skilled team who establish high standards of achievement, behaviour and attendance, and support the welfare of individual students. The role sits at the heart of our pastoral care and will work closely with teaching and other staff to support, develop and extend the work of the departments ensuring our students are successful.

The Minster School is a highly regarded, oversubscribed school, serving the local community of Southwell and surrounding villages.
