We are appointing a Deputy Headteacher to restore capacity to our Senior Leadership Team following the promotion of two previous postholders to Headship. The successful candidate will be a pastoral and academic leader who can add strength and quality to an established and effective leadership team which has delivered significant school improvement in the last two years. We seek a strong leader with a proven track record of raising standards at the highest levels.
The role requires:
- Deputising for the Headteacher in his absence and leading our school community when needed.
- Implementing innovative, evidence‑based initiatives that build on recent improvements.
- Maintaining a strong ethical commitment to supporting students who need it most.
