We wish to appoint an innovative and highly motivated individual to join our Senior Leadership and Management Team. The Head of Upper School will be responsible for the leadership and management of all aspects of Year 11; including curriculum, academic performance, student progress, pastoral care, and the wider-curriculum programme. They will also contribute to the strategic leadership of the whole school. This is an exciting opportunity for an existing middle or senior leader with a proven track record to combine pastoral care with academic success.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader of young people, have a commitment to improving standards for all students, and have a clear and exciting vision for Year 11.
