The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We require as soon as possible a Media/IT Curriculum Technician. Ideally we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to manage a varied and significant workload.
You will need excellent IT skills, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, video editing and production and the ability to work alongside teachers in the classroom supporting students. This includes supporting Post 16 students with the technical aspects of their A’ Level Media Studies coursework; therefore practical technical experience or qualifications will be an advantage.
Part of the role also includes a whole school IT support role, contributing to the support, care and maintenance of the school's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Provide Media/IT curriculum technician support and manage a varied workload.
- Utilise IT skills including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, video editing and production.
- Work alongside teachers in the classroom supporting students, including Post 16 students with A’ Level Media Studies coursework (practical technical experience or qualifications will be an advantage).
- Contribute to whole-school IT support, including the care and maintenance of the school’s IT infrastructure.
- Excellent IT skills with experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop; video editing and production ability.
- Ability to work with teachers and support students in a classroom setting.
- Practical technical experience or relevant qualifications relating to Media Studies is advantageous.
- Flexibility to manage a varied and significant workload.
