Behaviour Support Worker

Start date: June 2026

Hours: 37 hours per week (39 weeks per year)

Salary: Scale C (FTE £25,186 - £26,244); Actual Salary £21,544 - £22,449

Responsibilities
  • Support students with emotional and behaviour needs to positively engage with the whole school community.
  • Support students' academic and personal growth.
  • Communicate with a range of stakeholders.
  • Implement intervention‑leading approaches with students who display challenging behaviour.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge and/or experience of working with students who display challenging behaviour.
  • Willingness to support them through intervention‑leading approaches.
Training & Induction

Full training and induction will be provided.
