Behaviour Support Worker
Start date: June 2026
Hours: 37 hours per week (39 weeks per year)
Salary: Scale C (FTE £25,186 - £26,244); Actual Salary £21,544 - £22,449
Responsibilities- Support students with emotional and behaviour needs to positively engage with the whole school community.
- Support students' academic and personal growth.
- Communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Implement intervention‑leading approaches with students who display challenging behaviour.
- Knowledge and/or experience of working with students who display challenging behaviour.
- Willingness to support them through intervention‑leading approaches.
Full training and induction will be provided.
