Beacon Hill Academy are seeking an exceptional Vice Principal (Teaching and Learning). As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with the Principal and Central Trust Team to provide strategic vision and professional leadership, driving whole-school improvement. You will line manage a number of departments and ensure that all subjects enable learners to thrive in both their attainment and achievement.
You will also demonstrate:
- A deep knowledge of the principles and practices of effective Teaching and Learning and school improvement strategies.
- The ability to inspire, challenge and support staff to deliver consistently high-quality teaching and CPD.
- A clear alignment with our vision and commitment to improving educational outcomes across the Trust.
