Overview

We are looking for 2 caring and resilient Teaching Assistants to work in our new IR that is due to open this academic year. Applicants should have high expectations for all pupils and a passion for supporting children’s learning. We value those who have a strong team ethos and are also self-motivated in order to develop themselves alongside the children. Taking an interest in the children and their lives at home is an important part of the work we do and our Teaching Assistants are vital in building these relationships. Applicants must have primary school knowledge & experience. A relevant level 2, or equivalent qualification is desirable. The role would involve supporting children with a range of special educational needs (SEND). We are particularly interested in individuals who have experience of working with children with speech and language difficulties and those with communication difficulties such as autism.

Qualifications
