What skills and experience we\’re looking for
We are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant who can work in a group provision supporting children with SEND and medical needs on a daily basis. Ideally the candidate will have:
- experience and expertise in supporting children with a variety of additional needs
- a proven track record of supporting and nurturing children
- high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour
- an abundance of enthusiasm
- An excellent work ethic
- a good sense of humour
- good English, Maths and ICT skills and
- can work as part of a team and be flexible and personable
- can demonstrate kindness, compassion and fun
