What skills and experience we\’re looking for

We are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant who can work in a group provision supporting children with SEND and medical needs on a daily basis. Ideally the candidate will have:

  • experience and expertise in supporting children with a variety of additional needs
  • a proven track record of supporting and nurturing children
  • high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour
  • an abundance of enthusiasm
  • An excellent work ethic
  • a good sense of humour
  • good English, Maths and ICT skills and
  • can work as part of a team and be flexible and personable
  • can demonstrate kindness, compassion and fun
