Headlands School is seeking a talented, ambitious and inspirational English Teacher to join our strong and committed English Department who demonstrates an infectious passion for teaching their subject.
As a classroom practitioner you will be able to demonstrate you are a committed team player and that you can enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge our students to raise their achievement regardless of their prior attainment.
The successful post holder will recognise that excellent practitioners can teach across the age and ability range.
With excellent communication skills, and experience of successfully implementing strategies to develop teaching and learning within your own class room. A highly organised individual with the ability to lead initiatives, introduce new strategies and evaluate their impact on outcomes.
