We are seeking an inspiring and committed Teacher of English (Language and Literature) to join our dynamic faculty. You will deliver high-quality teaching, creating engaging and challenging learning experiences that enable all students to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver well-structured lessons, develop schemes of work and individual learning plans, assess student work in line with awarding body requirements, and maintain accurate course documentation in accordance with quality assurance procedures.

The successful candidate will contribute fully to curriculum development, centre operational planning and the monitoring and evaluation of provision, including value-added performance measures. You will play an active role in student recruitment, induction and progress monitoring, attend parents’ evenings and centre events, and work collaboratively with curriculum leaders, progress tutors, external agencies and other stakeholders to ensure students are well supported. A strong commitment to inclusive practice, equality, effective behaviour management and high expectations for all learners is essential.

Applicants must hold a relevant teaching qualification and demonstrate a proven track record of raising standards, delivering innovative teaching and learning, and analysing performance data to inform improvement. Experience of teaching English(Language and Literature)at A Level or Level 3 (or Level 2 vocational) is essential, along with excellent communication, organisational and teamworking skills. We are looking for a reflective practitioner who is committed to professional development, partnership working and contributing to a culture that maximises student achievement across the Group.
