Stanwix School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive school community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our academy as we continue to strengthen practice, embed excellence, and strive to be the very best we can be. This is a full-time, two-year temporary contract, teaching in Key Stage 2. We are seeking a teacher who can:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with staff and parents
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture with high expectations for behaviour and achievement
  • Adapt teaching to challenge more able pupils and support those with SEND, EAL, or in receipt of Pupil Premium
