The Governors are seeking to appoint a reliable, practical, and enthusiastic Site Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a vital role that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Responsibilities include:
- Opening and locking the premises
- Carrying out routine maintenance
- Caretaking duties
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of working in a security, safety, cleaning or maintenance environment
- Good understanding and ability to use specialist equipment/power tools
- Ability to work constructively using own initiative in the absence of senior staff and as part of a team
- Ability to relate well to children and to adults
- Working knowledge of health and safety codes of practice/legislation
- A good standard of practical knowledge, including maintenance tasks, plumbing, painting and decorating
