We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to deliver comprehensive, confidential, and proactive executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is central to the effective leadership and governance of the Trust and requires an individual who can manage complex priorities, exercise discretion, and operate confidently at senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Full diary and meeting management, acting as a key gatekeeper to the CEO
  • Ensuring effective forward planning across executive commitments
  • Preparing agendas, briefing papers, reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Supporting strategic Trust‐wide projects and tracking actions arising from executive and governance decisions
  • Co‐ordinating the preparation and distribution of governance papers, taking high‐quality minutes and monitoring actions to ensure timely completion
  • Acting as a primary point of contact between the CEO and senior leaders, trustees and a range of external stakeholders including regulatory bodies and professional advisers
  • Overseeing confidential records and document management
  • Co‐ordinating executive travel and events
  • Supporting inspections and audits
  • Ensuring effective information flow across the Trust

Qualifications and Requirements

Absolute confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail are essential. The position requires a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and online checks may be carried out.
