Overview
The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Sports Coach (Strength and Conditioning). This role is of great importance to our work as an organisation. The purpose of this post is to provide exceptional coaching delivery across the strength and conditioning programme and to support the development of curriculum lessons, extra curricular clubs and BIG 3 performance clubs.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional coaching delivery across the strength and conditioning programme.
- Support the development of curriculum lessons, extra curricular clubs and BIG 3 performance clubs.
Requirements
- 5 GCSEs C/4 and above including English and Maths.
- A full clean driving licence and daily access to a car.
- Experience of successful coaching at club level.
- The ability to form meaningful relationships with young people in the full age range of GORSE academies.
