We are seeking to appoint a Reflection Room Coordinator to join our strong Pastoral Team. The position involves the administration process and managing pupils who have been booked into the room during the school day for disruptive behaviour and to assist staff in ensuring high standards of conduct are maintained. Furthermore, you will be responsible for a caseload of pupils, re-engaging them in their education and ensuring support is given to modify their behaviour and support their progress towards achieving their full potential. We are committed to early identification and intervention to ensure pupils do not fall into a cyclical habit of disengagement. Being able to build and maintain mutually respectful relationships with staff and pupils alike is essential. The successful candidate will be relentless and uncompromising in securing excellent outcomes for all pupils. Applicants should be confident, articulate and possess a strong personality to enable them to deal with pupils in a variety of situations, sometimes challenging.
