What skills and experience we\’re looking for
Wetherby High School is in an exciting phase of development, with a new state‑of‑the‑art building for the school community planned to start construction next year. To enhance our team, we are now seeking a Site Superintendent to assist the Site and Operations Manager with the management of the school site and associated facilities, taking responsibility for the management and development of key processes across the school.
This is an ideal opportunity to develop a rewarding career in premises management working alongside our Site and Operations Manager through the build and transition process.

To support our school ethos, the post holder will also be a coach to a group of students and fully involved in our Coaching Programme, House System, flexible learning and break & invigilation duties. We welcome applicants with an interest in the above and training will be provided to support the successful candidate.
