What skills and experience we\βre looking for
We are looking to appoint a skilled Site Manager to be responsible for the Health and Safety onsite including:
β’ Effective management and maintenance of the school buildings and environment
β’ Ensuring that the schools are always safe for usage, taking a lead role in the maintenance and general up-keep of the schools and associated buildings.
β’ Monitor the performance of the cleaning contractor(s) and ensure school environments are clean, tidy and well maintained.
β’ Responsibility for undertaking some routine maintenance, minor repairs etc. in line with the planned and preventative maintenance programme for each school.
β’ Delegate tasks as appropriate to other site staff or outside contractors, ensuring Health and Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to
This is a dual site rolewithin JMAT group of schools. The role is crucial to the smooth running and future development of both schools.Exact working hours and holiday pattern to be agreed.
